非教学因素在学习支持服务体系中的地位和作用

摘    要:阐述学习支持服务体系中的教学因素和非教学因素的关系及特点,由此说明学习支持服务中的非教学因素对教学因素的影响和作用。搞好开放教育的支持服务,不但要做好教学因素方面的工作,还要注意对学生的学习动机培养,学习方法的指导,学习心理的调控,承受挫折的能力的提高。

Abstract:The article discusses the connection and the characteristics between teaching factors and non-teaching factors in learning support system and explains how non-teaching factors have effects on teaching factors.So to offer good learning support in open education,work must be done well not only in teaching factors but also in developing students' motive for leaning,directing them to the correct way of learning,and training their ability in controlling themselves psychologically and their determination in enduring setbacks.
