| 摘 要： | 地方高校越来越多意识到封闭办学不能适应当今社会的复杂环境,沿用的是传统教学模式,忽视了对学生独立思考、实际操作、创新等多种能力的培养,不能满足市场需求,突出应用型人才培养目标。旅游管理专业提出实践培养过程系统化,更新培养观念与市场经济相结合,推动课程改革的全面实施,实现开放式培养;加强课程服务技能训练,提升综合素质。结合地方旅游市场人才需求现状,采用多样化教学思维;改进人才培养方案;注重课程实验、见习与实践,塑造学生多元化的能力水平、多层次的知识结构和多维度的职业素养。

| Abstract: | Local colleges are increasingly aware of the fact that closed school can not adapt to the complex environment of modern society. The closed schools,using the traditional teaching mode,ignoring the cultivation of various independent thinking of students,practical exercise,innovation ability,can not meet the market demand and highlight the training target of applied talents. Tourism management department proposes systematic training process, update the training concept and combine with market economy,promote the full implementation of the curriculum reform and the realization of open cultivation;strengthen service skill training in the course,improve the comprehensive quality. With the talent demand status of local tourism market,we use a variety of teaching thinking,improving talent cultivation plan,focusing on the experiment in training course,and the practice ability,knowledge structure,multi - level of students′ diversified and multi - dimensional occupational professionalism. |
