| 摘 要： | 随着高新技术的迅速发展、信息总量的日益膨胀、信息需求的逐步深化,情报研究的性质与任务也发生了很大的变化。在新的信息环境下,情报研究的科学技术性主要体现在知识创新和知识服务上,通过知识转化和知识发现,实现知识创新,提供能够支持决策和解决问题的知识服务,是新时期情报研究的本质,也是情报研究的总体要求和总体任务。
