| 摘 要： | 目前关于教育经费不平等程度的研究文献并不多，本研究根据收入不平等的概念重新界定了教育经费不平等的概念，将其分为三类。依据此概念推导出生均教育经费不平等程度的基尼系数公式，并以近几年我国普通小学生均教育经费支出统计、各省国内生产总值等数据计算出我国小学生均教育经费的不平等程度。从全国层面、省际层面及其与经济不平等关系三个角度进行论述，分析了我国小学生均教育经费与地方经济水平、经济发展不平等程度等的关系。
