| Abstract: | The implementation of UCP600 will bring about great influence to both parties using letter of credit in the international trade. On the basis of analyzing the differences between the UCP500 and UCP600, this paper discusses the concrete influence that the importers-exporters suffer from the UCP600. Meanwhile, it also puts forward some useful suggestions so that the importers-exporters can protect their profits. |
