| 摘 要： | 首先分析得出实际牌照图像的岐变是由水平、垂直距离差和旋转差三部分组合构成。然后依据此三部分变形性质及作用大小,提出一种斜 线平移四顶点岐变校正的方法。实验证明,算法对还原畸变牌照图像有良好效果。

| Abstract: | The distortion of the license plate image can be divided into three portions: horizontal contrast, vertical contrast and rotative contrast. This paper presents a new algorithm for spatial correction, using in transformation of license plate frame' s four acmes. The experiment results show a good performance of this new algorithm. |
