| 摘 要： | 高职教育的目的是为生产、管理、服务一线培养技能型人才。因此,创新技能教育是高职院校的根本任务,但在实际的教学活动中却存在许多问题。这些问题主要表现在教学过程中的几对矛盾关系上,如教与学的关系、课堂教学与实践教学的关系、创新技能与创新素质的关系等。如何解决这几对矛盾是高职技能创新教育面临的重要课题。

| Abstract: | The purpose of the high vocational education is to train the craftsmanship type of personnel working at the line of production,administration and service.Therefore,the fundamental task of vocational colleges is the innovation skill education,which,however,has many problems in the actual teaching activities.And these problems have manifested themselves mainly in the teaching process with some pairs of contradiction relationships such as the relationship between teachers and students,innovating skills and innovating qualities,and the classroom teaching and practicing teaching.And to resolve the contradictions is the major task that high vocational innovating skill education is faced with. |
