| 摘 要： | 通过运动学三维立体分析，对我国优秀男子跳高运动员同场比赛中成功和失败跳次的起跳技术进行比较分析，探讨阻碍跳高成绩提高的主要因素。结果发现，倒一步离地瞬间身体姿态、有效控制水平速度的转化和增加离地瞬间重心垂直速度，是提高我国男子跳高成绩的重要保证。

| Abstract: | By kinematic three dimensional analysis, the authors explore the elite athletes' success and failure of jumps in the same competition and the main factors preventing the performance promotion in high jump. The results indicate that the body posture at the instant of take off, effectively controlling the transform of horizontal velocity and increasing the vertical speed of weight at the instant of take off are the important guarantees for improving the performance of men's high jump in China. |
