| Abstract: | At present,it is the issue of positioning and construction about experimental teachers in independent colleges that should be taken into consideration urgently.This paper pointed out the positioning of experimental teachers in independent colleges,provided suggestions of readjusting experimental teachers construction,and emphasized the importance of promoting experimental teachers construction in independent colleges. |
