| Abstract: | Along with the further development of the globalization,the competition between the enterprises become s more fiercely.In this changeful age,the problem of manpower has been turned into an very important problem,and the exploiting and management of the human resource has become the strategy point of the enterprise management.So it is essential to our enterprises to meet with the challenge of HRM in global background and it is necessary for us to research the effective method of HRM. |
