| 摘 要： | 本文分析了农业科技成果转化资金项目管理的需求，说明了项目管理系统的子系统组成、系统架构及软件运行平台。农业科技成果转化资金项目管理系统实现了科技项目从申报、评审立项到监理验收的全过程信息化解决方案。该系统的开发与运行为各级科技项目管理部门的科技项目管理提供了可借鉴经验，是对我国科技计划项目信息化管理模式的有益探索。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the needs of agricultural science and technology achievements of funding project management, it shows the composition of the sub-system of project management system, system architecture and software platform. The agricultural science and technology achievements transformation funding project management system can manage the whole process of information-based solutions of science and technology projects. The R ＆ D and application of this system provides a experience reference to all levels of science and technology project management. This system also explores a useful model to our country＇s informatization project management. |
