| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等职业教育的发展,高职院校教师的职业倦怠现象日益显现,它给高职院校的教育教学、学生及教师本人带来了许多消极影响。如何预防和缓解高职教师的职业倦怠是教育工作者必须要面对和解决的问题。解决高职教师的职业倦怠需要全社会的积极关注,改革教育体制和加强教师的自我调节等。

| Abstract: | With the development of higher vocational education, job burnout of teachers in higher vocational colleges has emerged gradually, which brings many negative effects on students and teachers. How to prevent and lessen the job burnout of vocational college teachers is a problem which educators have to be confronted with and solve. The solution to the problem needs the concern of the whole society. We should also reform the educational system and improve teachers’ self-adjustment. |
