| 摘 要： | 在甘肃省抽取502名高三学生，采用自编社会人口学资料表、ZUNG氏抑郁自评量表（SDS）、GROSS情绪调节方式问卷、社会支持评定量表对高三学生抑郁情绪受相关因素进行问卷调查。结果显示：高三学生中有抑郁症状者137人，占总调查人数的27．3％；在情绪调节方式方面，认知重评与抑郁呈显著负相关（p〈0．01），表达抑制与抑郁也有一定的相关（p〈0.05）；社会支持与抑郁水平呈显著负相关（p〈0．01）。所以，得出结论为：高三学生学习等各方面压力较大，容易产生抑郁情绪。正确的引导和情感上的支持理解有助于减轻压力，促进学习成绩。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the influence of depression and related factors of the students in Grade Three in high school. Methods： 502 high school students were presented by the self-made social demographic scale, ZUNG＇s Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS）, GROSS＇s Emotion Regulation Questionnaire（ERQ）, Social Support Rating Scale. Results：（1）There were 137 depression students（27.3% ）.（2）Correlation analysis showed that there were remarkable inverse eorrelation（p〈0.01） between depression and the latitude of cognitive reappraisal in emotional regulation strategies; There were also certain related （p〈0.05） between depression and the latitude of expression suppression in emotional regulation strategies; （3）The social support and depression assume the remarkable inverse correlation （p〈0.01）. Conclusion： Learning and other things brought more pressure to the students. Therefore, correct guidance and the emotion support and understanding are helpful to reduce the pressure to the promotion academic record. |
