高三学生抑郁情绪及相关因素的关系

摘    要:在甘肃省抽取502名高三学生,采用自编社会人口学资料表、ZUNG氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)、GROSS情绪调节方式问卷、社会支持评定量表对高三学生抑郁情绪受相关因素进行问卷调查。结果显示:高三学生中有抑郁症状者137人,占总调查人数的27.3%;在情绪调节方式方面,认知重评与抑郁呈显著负相关(p〈0.01),表达抑制与抑郁也有一定的相关(p〈0.05);社会支持与抑郁水平呈显著负相关(p〈0.01)。所以,得出结论为:高三学生学习等各方面压力较大,容易产生抑郁情绪。正确的引导和情感上的支持理解有助于减轻压力,促进学习成绩。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the influence of depression and related factors of the students in Grade Three in high school. Methods: 502 high school students were presented by the self-made social demographic scale, ZUNG's Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), GROSS's Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(ERQ), Social Support Rating Scale. Results:(1)There were 137 depression students(27.3% ).(2)Correlation analysis showed that there were remarkable inverse eorrelation(p〈0.01) between depression and the latitude of cognitive reappraisal in emotional regulation strategies; There were also certain related (p〈0.05) between depression and the latitude of expression suppression in emotional regulation strategies; (3)The social support and depression assume the remarkable inverse correlation (p〈0.01). Conclusion: Learning and other things brought more pressure to the students. Therefore, correct guidance and the emotion support and understanding are helpful to reduce the pressure to the promotion academic record.
