关注教育理论和实践联系的中间环节

摘    要:由于简单化地理解教育理论与教育实践的联系,忽略丰富的"中间环节",致使它成为当前理论与实践联系的"瓶颈"。在教育理论与实践相互推动的四个阶段中,"中间环节"表现为多座"桥梁"以及理论走向实践、实践走向理论两个方向的多种层次内容。要关注教育理论和实践联系的中间环节,不仅需要理论工作者和实践工作者两个队伍在不同结合点上进行合作,还必须克服当前认识上、队伍上和制度上的障碍。

Abstract:Due to simple understandings of the links between educational theory and practice, intermediate links turn to be"bottleneck"of theory and practice,whose roles have been ignored before.Within four stages that theory and practice interact with each other,intermediate links act as various"bridges"and reflect contents of multiple layers,from theory to practice and from practice to theory.To show concerns about intermediate links of theory and practice,not only co-operations between theoretical researchers and practical researchers are needed,but obstacles in knowledge,staff and system should be overcome.
