| 摘 要： | 用不同密度B16小鼠黑色素瘤细胞接种于小鼠前腋部皮下,观察接种细胞密度与肿瘤生长、肿瘤出现以及与小鼠存活时间的关系.实验结果表明B16细胞的致瘤率为100%,肿瘤的出现、生长及小鼠存活时间在各个接种密度之间存在差异.

| Abstract: | To study the effects of different number of tumor cells on tumor growth in mice,different numbers of tumor cells were injected subcutaneously at the right armpit of the mice.The relationship between the cell density and the tumor growth,occurrence and the mice's survival time were observed.The experiment results showed that the rate of sarcoma was found to be 100%.Significant differences between various doses in the tumor occurrence,growth and the survival time were also found. |
