| 摘 要： | “人是目的”是马克思主义的根本价值取向。但改革开放前它曾经被背离。改革开放三十年，是“人是目的”觉醒和全面重树的三十年。“以人为本”的确立是“人是目的”这一根本价值取向全面重树的标志，是改革开放以来最根本、意义最深刻的变化，它决定了我国发展的方向、道路和方式。

| Abstract: | Human orientation is the basic Marxist value,which was once negated before the opening and reform.The thirty years of opening and reform are the years in which the human orientation began to sprout and to be reconstructed.The human orientation is the important symbol of the value that the man is the purpose and has been the most fundamental and deepest change since the year of opening and reform.It determines the direction,road and mode of the development of our country. |
