| 摘 要： | 推广普通话是社会主义精神文明的重要内容，开展普通话水平测试是推广、普及普通话的一项重要措施。因此不断提高普通话水平测试质量就显得尤其重要。要提高普通话水平测试的质量，关键是加强测试员队伍建设，不断提高测试员素质。
