| 摘 要： | 民办高校法人治理结构是民办高校现代大学制度之核心，直接关系到民办高校的可持续发展。然而，我国的民办高校法人治理结构并未完善。本文在对当前我国民办高校法人治理结构的缺陷进行分析后提出了五个方面的完善建议，即完善董事会的成员结构、建立和完善监督机制、理顺校长与董事长关系并明确校长职责、完善董事的任职资格制度、完善校长的任职资格制度。

| Abstract: | The corporate governance structure in private university is the key component of its modern university system and has direct effect on the sustainable development of private university. However, the corporate governance structure in private university is far from perfect. After the analysis on the defectives of the current corporate governance structure, this paper explores the possible solutions from five aspects, that is, the perfection of the structure of the directorate, the establishment and perfection of supervision mechanism, the correct un.derstanding of the relationship between the board chairman and the president and the definition of the president＇ s duties, the perfection of the qualification of the directorate, and the perfection of the qualification of the president＇ s post. |
