表象训练在健美操教学与训练中的运用与作用

摘    要:健美操是融体操、音乐、舞蹈于一体的追求人体健与美的运动项目,在教学与训练过程中要求学生与运动员记忆大量的动作.现通过查阅有关文献资料,对表象训练在健美操教学与训练中的运用与作用进行分析,并结合运动实践提出运用表象训练应注意的问题.通过分析认为:在健美操教学与训练中运用表象训练可有助于对动作的学习、掌握与巩固,对健美操的教学与训练起到积极的促进作用.

Abstract:Aerobics is a comprehensive sport which combining gymnastics, music and dance, and it goes after the strength and good figure of human body. It requires students and athletes to memorize a large number of movements in the course of teaching and training. This paper analyses the application and function of imagery training in teaching and training aerobics by consulting up relevant references, and puts forward the question in the practice. Through above analysis, it can be considered that application of imagery training can contribute to the studying, mastering and consolidating the movements, and can promote the teaching and training.
