| 摘 要： | 对国家队等9支曲棍球队共121名运动员进行了运动创伤流行病学调查,共查出111处损伤,48种伤病,总发病率为60.33％。其中腰肌筋膜炎发病率最高,为12.173％。损伤病因中训练过度致伤占首位,为35.897％。此外,与误伤、技术失误及场地因素亦有明显关系。

| Abstract: | 121 field hockey players from 9 top level teams were investigated for epidemiological traumatic disease. Among them 111 injuries and 48 kinds of traumatic diseases were found out with total disease incidence up to 60. 33%. Lumbodorsal muscle fascialitis was the highest disease taking 12. 173% of the incidence. For injury causes, overload training caused 35. 897% of the trauma leaving others caused by accidental injuries, technical faults as well as arna factors. Treatment and prevention of sports trauma were also discussed. |
