| 摘 要： | 采用中医刮痧、按摩治疗延迟性肌肉酸痛症,并对治疗效果进行比较,结果表明：刮痧和按摩治疗延迟性肌肉酸痛均有明显疗效,其中刮痧组有效率为95.84%,按摩组有效率为96.15%。两组相比较,刮痧组见效更快（P〈0.01）。

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the experimental study on comparison of traditional Chinese scrapping therapy and massage treatment for Delayed-Onset Muscle Soreness （DOMS）. The experiment result indicates： both of them are workable solutions ; while the response rate of scrapping therapy group was 95.84%, the response rate of massage treatment group was 96.15% ;compared with massage treatment, scrapping therapy is much more effective （P 〈 O. O1 ）. |
