| 摘 要： | 实行土地家庭承包以来,各地产生了大量的土地承包、流转档案。加强这些档案的管理,是稳定和完善农村土地承包关系,维护农村集体和个人的合法权益,保持农村社会稳定的一项重要的基础性工作。针对龙岩市土地承包、流转档案管理工作存在的问题,提出加强农村土地承包、流转档案管理的四点思考。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of household contracting of land system,many dossiers of land contracted and transfered have been created in various areas.Stren gthening the management of these archives is an important basic work which would consolidate and imp rove the contracting re-lations of rural land,protect the le gitimate rights and interests of rur al collectivity and individual ,maintain stabilization of the rural society.In view of the problems of archives management on land contracted and transfered in Longya n city,four ideas have been offered o n strengthening archives management of the contracted and tra nsferred land. |
