| 摘 要： | 当前,构建和谐社会已成为社会共识,现代行政法服务于和谐社会,因而将和谐价值贯穿于行政法运行的全过程势在必行。本文首先分析提出行政法的和谐价值的社会背景,然后解构行政法的和谐价值的内涵,最后提出实现行政法和谐价值的途径,以期对建构和谐社会有所裨益。

| Abstract: | At present,the building of harmonious society has become a consensus.Modern administrative law is supposed to serve harmonious society;therefore harmonious value should stay in the whole process of the running of the administrative law.This paper begins with an analysis and producing of the social background of the harmonious value of administrative law,and then unearths the connotations of the harmonious value,finally comes up with a channel for the realization of the harmonious value,in the hope of benefiting the building of harmonious society. |
