| 摘 要： | 加快建设节约型企业,是由我国目前的基本国情决定的。运用节约型企业和循环经济的理论和实证研究方法,对湛江市一国营老企业建设节约型企业的实践进行了实证分析。指出在政府的政策导向支持下,建设节约型企业关键在于以技术创新和管理创新来实现资源和能源的最大化利用,从而降低企业的生产成本,提高企业的竞争能力。

| Abstract: | Speeding up the building of resource-efficient enterprises is decided by the basic present situation of our country.Utilizing theories of resource-efficient enterprise and recycling economy,and methods of verification analysis,this paper analyses the practice of the resource-efficient enterprise building of a big state-run corporation in the city of Zhanjiang.It is pointed out that along with positive policy supports of the government,the key points of building resource-efficient enterprise is taking the initiative both in technology and management,so as to maximize utilization ratio of natural resources and energy sources,reduce manufacturing costs and strengthen the corporation's competitive ability. |
