珠三角城市群“科-产-教”创新融合实证研究——基于灰色关联分析法

摘    要:为科学评价区域内科教与产教创新性融合对科技创新、产业升级以及高等教育人才培养的共同作用,提出一种基于灰色关联分析模型评价“科-产-教”融合的综合评价方法。该评价方法从社会发展水平、科技、产业和教育发展四个方面综合构建“科-产-教”融合评价指标,对数据进行标准化处理,采用熵权法确定评价指标权重,并建立灰色关联分析法模型,并对珠三角城市群进行实例计算。研究结果表明,珠三角城市群“科-产-教”融合发展存在不平衡、不充分现象,应加强对“科-产-教”融合整体效能的第三方评价,以市场需求为导向,建立科技、产业、教育资源供需平台,促进资源流动,实现区域内资源高度深入融合。

Abstract:In order to scientifically evaluate the joint effects of the innovative integration of science with education and industry with education on scientific and technological innovation, industrial upgrading and higher education personnel training in the region, a comprehensive evaluation method of the integration of science, industry and education was designed based on the grey relational analysis model. Firstly, the evaluation index of "science-industry-education" integration is constructed comprehensively from four aspects of social development level, science and technology, industry and education development. Then, after data standardization processing, entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of evaluation index, and the grey relational analysis model is established. Finally, based on the example calculation of the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration, this evaluation model can effectively identify the integration of science, industry and education in each city. According to the research conclusions, it is proposed that the important ways to realize the deep integration of resources are to take market demand as the guidance, to promote the transformation of university achievements as the means, to establish the supply and demand platform of science and technology, industry and education resources, to promote the flow of resources, and to construct a new full-chain integration.
