镉及镉、锌联合胁迫对金鱼过氧化物酶与过氧化氢酶活性的影响

摘    要:以金鱼为研究材料,测定了在不同浓度梯度镉及镉、锌联合胁迫下金鱼过氧化物酶与过氧化氢酶活性变化.结果表明,在镉单一毒性胁迫下其变化趋势均为先下降,然后上升.而在镉锌联合毒性胁迫下,其酶活基本都低于相应镉单一毒性下的酶活,表现为毒性协同作用.

Abstract:Activities of Peroxidase and Catalase in goldfish coerced by different concentrations of with Cd2+ and Zn2+ was detected.The results showed it would be lower in the early period and higher as the further exposure when the goldfishes were coerced by the single Cd2+.While it would be lower in all selected concentrations,compared to the single Cd2+ treated,when coerced by Cd2 and Zn2+.so the joined toxicity of Cd2+ and Zn2+ was synergistic.
