摘    要:在高等学校,学科与专业是基于不同的目的和指向而形成的两种不同的组织建制和工作系统,学科发展以推动和促进学科理论创新为目标,专业建设以培养素质优良并且被市场认可的人才为导向,他们有着各自不同的发展内涵、运行机制与价值取向。要在正确认识和把握学科发展与专业建设的内涵和规律的基础上,协调矛盾,整合目标,促进高校教育事业的协调发展。

Abstract:Disciplines and specialties are different organizational system based on different objectives and orientations in higher education.The discipline aims at promoting theoretical innovation;while the specialty is oriented by quality development of students.They differ in their connotation,operation and value-orientation.To promote their harmonious development,we must have a better understanding of the connotation and the basic laws of the discipline and the specialty,and reconcile the contradictory between them.
