职业教育的课程模式——职业化课程

摘    要:在现阶段的职业教育中主要采用学科型课程,但实践证明学科型课程与职业教育有很多矛盾,需要开发职业化课程。职业化课程以职业岗位为设置依据,以工作任务为内容,以工作流程为序,在工作中完成教学。设计职业化课程包括分析职业岗位、分析岗位职责、编写教材、设计教学环境和方法、制定考核标准和方法等五个环节。

Abstract:Nowadays academic curriculums are the main modes of vocational education,but the fact shows us that there are many contradictions between academic curriculum teaching and vocational education,so it is quite needed to develop professional curriculums.Professional curriculums take professional posts as the setting basis,tasks as the contents,technological working process as the order to complete the teaching in the work.Designing a professional curriculum includes five links——analyzing the professional post,analyzing the post responsibilities,compiling teaching materials,designing teaching environment and methods,and formulating some inspection standards and ways.
