| 摘 要： | 结合中国历史发展和世界体育法制影响的背景分析，对中国近代以来体育法制逐步建立发展的历史进程进行了整体性考察，介绍了在近代文明发展中西式体育渐进促成的中国早期体育立法，回顾了中华人民共和国成立以后，特别是改革开放以来中国在不断加强体育发展中日益重视体育法制建设的发展线索，从提高体育法制地位、推进体育立法、加强体育执法、开展体育法制宣传和研究等方面，总结概括了改革开放以来中国体育法制建设取得的重大成就，分析了中国体育法制建设的经验和问题，并结合北京奥运会后中国迈向体育强国的形势与挑战，提出了进一步加强体育法制建设的任务和途径。
