| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆文献资源建设运行机制的构成要素主要有政府、高校、市场、社会以及图书馆等。高校图书馆要构建政府监督与指导、高校直接投资、市场调节、社会信息资源共建共享、图书馆自主选择与发展的文献资源建设运行机制,以期从根本上提高图书馆文献资源建设的质量和水平。

| Abstract: | The operating mechanism of construction of university libraries resources fundamentally consists the govenment, universities, market, society and the libraries themselves. The university libraries should build up this mecimnism——which is supervised and guided by government, invested directly from universities, readjusted by the markets, resources sharing with the whole society and developed independently by libraries themselves-to enhance the quality of libraries resources construction. |
