理、激励机制、职责分工等方面存在的问题，并针对性地提出安徽省科技报告制度建设的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the construction of scientific and technical report system in Anhui province,
from the policy system, organization and management, standard system, work system, shared services, sum up
the achievements of the scientific and technical report system in Anhui province. The paper points out that the
problems of Anhui province scientific and technical report system construction work in policy formulation,
workflow management, incentive mechanism, responsibility division, in the end, the paper proposes some
