| 摘 要： | 事实认定的准确性始终是古今司法裁判的基本目标，然而在事实认定的过程中总会遇到专门问题需要凭借专业知识、专门技能进行分析和判断，由此在审判过程中就逐步产生了司法鉴定活动及其相应的制度。我国历史上曾长期在司法鉴定技术领域居于世界领先地位，不可否认当时鉴定技术的发达与进步是缘于合理的司法鉴定制度。因此有必要对司法鉴定制度进行历史考察，为我国当前处于徘徊状态的司法鉴定制度寻找到有益的历史经验，从而使我国司法鉴定制度的前进方向更趋明朗。

| Abstract: | The accuracy of the fact-finding has been always the basic goal of the justice,but the special problems that the fact-finding has often encountered with professional knowledge and capacity to analyze and judge,which resulting in the formation of judicial forensic activities and their corresponding system.China occupied a leading position in a long history of forensic technology in the world.It is undeniable that the improvement and progress of forensic techniques at that time realized under the protection of the effective and reasonable forensic system.Therefore it is necessary to study the history of forensic system and find useful historical experiences for the current forensic in the wandering state,so that the war forward of our judicial forensic system is more lucid. |
