| 摘 要： | 边疆高校班主任工作面临着众多的困难,最为突出的就是班上的少数学生,学习态度不积极,经常缺课,甚至喝酒、打架、闹事、夜不归宿等,给学校带来诸多安全隐患,造成这些学生不遵守校纪校规的原因是多方面的,文章从环境因素、学生主体因素分析原因,并探讨解决办法。

| Abstract: | Instructors in college of frontier area are facing many difficulties,especially some students have no motivation and they often drop off school.Some students drink alcohol,fight and make troubles and some don't come back to the dorm at night.These are some potential danger in college management.The essay will analyze the causes from the perspective of environment, personal factors and try to find out some countermeasures. |
