| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是马克思主义的继承发展和创新,文章主要阐述科学发展观中所体现出的马克思主义人才观的人民性、实践性和现实性。在分析人才资源是第一资源、人人都可以成才、以人为本的科学人才观同时,强调树立科学的人才观的重要性以及树立科学的人才观的途径。

| Abstract: | The scientific concept of development is the inheritance and innovation of Marxism. This paper expounds the scientific concept of talent,which contained in Marxism,talk about the characteristic about people,practice and reality.In the analysis of the scientific concept of tal ent,such as human resource,fully grown and human-oriented concept,the importance and the ways to establish the scientific concept of talent is emphasized. |
