| 摘 要： | 儒家与法家的功利思想,既有相同之处,也有相异之处。儒家的功利思想趋向于价值性和伦理性,偏重于道德教化:法家的功利思想趋向于工具性和实用性,偏重于实践。由于儒法两家功利思想的趋向性与偏重不同,两家在功利思想的角度、内容以及求取功利的方式等方面也有很大的不同,并由此对后世产生了不同的影响。

| Abstract: | The utility idea of Confucianist and Legalist have some differences as well as some similarities.Confucianist's utility thoughts focus on the value and the ethicality;Legalist school's utility thoughts tend to be utilizable and practicable.The differences of the two schools lead to the differences in goal,content as well as the way to seek utility,so they produced different effect on the following generations. |
