| 摘 要： | 在网络时代，图书馆应培养积极向上的精神文化，培养适合时代要求的行为文化，建立“以人为本”的图书馆管理文化，重视图书馆文化的传播，推广与实践巩固，以推动网络环境下图书馆文化体系建设，推动图书馆管理体制、组织结构、服务方式的变革，保障图书馆的核心竞争力和持续发展。

| Abstract: | In network times,positive and upward cultural spirit,conduct culture that is suitable for the times'demand should be cultivated in libraries.People-oriented management culture should eastablished and progation,popularization,practice and consolidation of libray culture should be attached much importance so that the construction of cultrue system in libraies under network circustance,the transformation of management system,organization stucture,service mode in libraies can be promoted to ensure core competence and continuable development in libraies. |
