| 摘 要： | 现今社会世界各国在科技领域的交往与合作越来越密切，国家对高等教育发展的关注程度也越来越高。为了适应高校国际化的发展需要，云南高校必须充分利用各种有利机遇，挖掘自身优势，认清前景广阔的合作形势，广泛开拓科技合作领域，加强与东盟国家的科技合作与交流，以期实现“双赢”，创造更多的经济效益和社会效益。
