| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了深圳市宝安区家庭教育现代化事业的发展历程和宝安区家庭教育现代化工程的主要做法,将其主要经验概括为：创新家庭教育工作管理体制;制定和完善家庭教育工作规划;努力促进家庭、学校、社区＂三教＂结合;建设一支专兼结合的家庭教育师资队伍;不断提高家长学校的办学质量;以科研引领家庭教育事业的发展。笔者还建议广东省委省政府推广宝安区家庭教育现代化工程的经验。
