| 摘 要： | 使用药敏纸片法、试管二倍稀释法测定了显齿蛇葡萄对大肠杆菌、粪肠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鸡沙门氏杆菌、变形杆菌等5种细菌的抑菌效果,结果表明:药敏纸片法和试管二倍稀释法具有较好的关联性·本研究还探讨了不同浓度的细菌培养物对显齿蛇葡萄提取物抑菌作用的影响·

| Abstract: | The antibiotic activities of Ampelopsis grossedentata against Escherichia coli 01,Salmonella pullorum,Enterococcus faecalis,Staphylococcus aureus 91053,Proteus vulgaris were tested by drug sensitive slips method and tube double dilution method.The result indicated the correlated factors of the two methods.This paper also dealt with the antibiotic action of Ampelopsis grossedentata in different bacteria concentration. |
