| 摘 要： | 虚拟物流企业虽已引起人们的广泛关注,但迄今为止,虚拟物流企业的内涵、特征以及虚拟物流企业的形成动因及其发展规模限制等基本问题仍未得到深入研究.本文在前人研究的基础上,对虚拟物流企业的内涵及特征做了进一步归纳和分析.目的在于能够为进一步研究虚拟物流企业产生的原因及其发展规模限制等问题提供一个理论基础.

| Abstract: | The virtual logistics enterprise has attracted wide attention.But so far,some basic problems haven' t been researched thoroughly,such as what is connotation and characteristic of virtual logistics enterprises,what makes virtual logistics enterprises emerge,what makes it develop and what is the efficient boundary that limits virtual logistics enterprises' development.Based on former research,this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristic of virtual logistics enterprise more deeply,which aims to provide a theoretical basis for the further study the formation reasons and development limitation of virtual logistics enterprise. |
