| 摘 要： | 辽宋夏金时期是中国历史进程由汉族政权主导向北方民族政权主导转变的过渡时期。赵宋王朝的建立者采取重文轻武的政治措施，结束了唐安史之乱以来藩镇割据武人专权的局面，其后处于与北方民族政权长期对峙争战的状态之中。联系这一由不同因素交叠构成的时空背景，对赵宋王朝的综合实力应得出肯定的估价。

| Abstract: | The period of Liao, Song, Xia, Jin dynasties is a transitional period in the historical progression of China in which political power was transferred from rulers of the Han nationality to rulers of nationalities in the north. The founders of the Zhao and Song dynasties attached more importance to civil officials than to military officers, putting an end to the separatist rule by military governors started from the armed rebellion led by An Lushan and Shi Siming in the Tang dynasty and getting into a state of armed conflicts with the nationalities in the north. With a consideration of the space and time background formed by overlapping elements, an affirmative evaluation of the overall strength of the two dynasties should be reached. |
