| 摘 要： | 创先争优活动是高校基层党组织建设实现立体化、活力化的新契机和抓手。通过创先争优活动来树立典型,形成标尺效应;立足岗位,分类并举连成线,形成推进效应;党群齐争联动变成面,形成整体效应,势必会实现高校党建工作的立体化。通过增强党员队伍生机和活力、培养创新型人才、加强学风建设上的创先争优来实现基层党组织工作的活力化。

This paper then further interprets the connotation the construction. Through enhancing the energies, cultivating innovative talents and enhancing academic atmosphere in striving for the best activities, we can realize the energetic development of grass-roots party organization work. |
