| 摘 要： | 免费开放环境下,向来图书馆读书的读者服务的工作是与以前完全不同了,馆员的角色从传统的图书管理员向服务型的馆员转变,工作出现了越来越多的情况,如何构建图书馆工作者与读者良好关系,是关系到图书馆工作好坏的问题。本文是通过分析免费开放环境下馆员与读者之间矛盾,探讨如何构建图书馆工作者与读者之间的良好关系。
