| 摘 要： | 通过对体育的概念、体育运动的演化与休闲关系以及体育休闲的特征、地位的分析,指出:体育的本质就是一种休闲活动,体育与休闲是密不可分的.体育休闲是物质与精神统一、体力和智力的统一、身体活动和心理活动的统一;体育休闲是参与性和观赏性活动的统一、生产和生活活动的统一、灵活性和约束性活动的统一.它作为休闲的重要组成部分在人们的日常生活和社会的经济发展中占有重要地位.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis on the concept of sports,the relationship between evolvement of sports and recreation,and the characteristics and position of sport recreation.It is indicated that the essence of sports can be seen as a kind of recreation activity,and sport and recreation cannot be separated.Sport recreation is seen as the combination of materials and spirit,physical strength and wisdom,physical activity and psychological activity;sport recreation can be regarded as the combination of participation and appreciation,working and living,flexibility and restriction.Sports as an important part of the recreation play a vital role in the people's everyday life and social economic development. |
