| 摘 要： | 在大力提倡素质教育的今天,我们的英语教学必须切实转换教师职能,强调以学生为主体进行教学.英语教学的主要任务是教会学生怎样学习和使用英语,而不是教会他们英语.在教学过程中,要注意针对学生的个性特点进行素质教育.

| Abstract: | Today recommend quality-oriented education is a more cost-effective manner,our English teaching must change teacher`s function conscientiously ,put emphasis on relying mainly on student and carrying on teaching .The main task of English teaching is to teach students how to study and use English,but not teach them English,In the course of teaching,should pay attention to carrying on quality-oriented education to students` individual characteristic. |
