海上搜寻区域确定的计算机辅助方法

摘    要:为提高海上搜救的准确性和效率,通过计算海流、风生流、风压差等对搜寻目标的影响,预测搜寻基准,并考虑位置总或然误差、可用搜寻力量和覆盖因数等,对搜寻辅助系统中的关键部分——搜寻区域确定进行研究,建立搜寻区域确定模型, 编制相应计算机辅助程序.实例验证该方法的准确性.

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of maritime search and rescue, a computer-aided search area model is set up. In this model, the search datum is determined by computing the influence of sea current, wind current and leeway to search objects, and the search area is determined by considering total probable error of position, available search effort, coverage factor, etc. Finally, the above computing processes are translated into computer algorithm and a computer-aided program was complied for determining the search area. The validity of the proposed app roach is verified by a sample case.
