| 摘 要： | 抗日战争时期云南人民的支持是西南联大图书馆建设的外部环境;校领导的重视、具有时代特色的办馆理念以及和谐的人文环境则是西南联大图书馆办馆成功的内部环境。和谐的内外环境,促进了西南联大图书馆的建立和发展,保证了西南联大教学、科研的需要,对今天的高校图书馆的建设具有重要的启示意义。
