| Abstract: | The Dialectic School is an important academic source among the legalists in Pre-Qin period ,their ideas as the Ming Object and the theory of Ming Fa have influenced the formation of the legalists＇ political ideas,such as the ＂reality to correspond to the name＂ and the ＂all things should be dealt with in accordance with their features＂.This point could be identified from the legalists＇ writings among the book of SHENZI ,the book of SHANG JUN SHU, the book of GUAN ZI and the book of HAN FEI ZI. |
