游泳专项训练引起的肩关节旋转肌力变化的研究

摘    要:为了探讨游泳专项训练引起的肩关节旋转肌力变化,对参加夏季集训的27名高校游泳运动员(14名女性,13名男性)进行了肩关节内旋、外旋等长肌力测试,结果提示:肩关节内旋(IR)肌力在整个游泳集训过程中显著增长,肩关节外旋(ER)肌力在从训练前到训练中期显著增长,而从训练中期到训练后无明显变化,肩关节内旋/外旋肌力(IR/ER)比值也因此增大.本研究还提示游泳训练中为了预防肩部损伤的发生,应注重发展肩关节外旋肌力.

Abstract:In order to explore the changes of shoulder-rotator strength of the swimmers,this study conducted the test with attention on the IR and ER isometric strength muscle among 27 college swimmers(14 female athletes,13 male athletes).The results of this study indicated that IR strength in both groups increased significantly during the whole procedure of the swimming training;ER strength significantly improved in both the male and the female from pre-training to mid-training and from pre-training to post-training.IR/ER ratio revealed a significant increase from pre-training to post-training.It was suggested that it should draw on the development of ER strength,in order to prevent the emergency of sport injuries of shoulder during the swimming training.
