对不同蹲踞式起跑姿势起跑后前两步的动力学研究

摘    要:依据起跑器挡板两脚到起跑线后沿的距离,设计了五种不同的蹲踞式起跑姿势。并采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法、对比研究法,对5种起跑姿势前两步进行动力学研究。通过对原始数据的处理,重点分析了每种姿势脚着地过程中力随时间变化关系和三个区的压力变化情况。认为,在本实验条件下,给实验对象设计的五种蹲踞式起跑姿势中,第二种姿势最适合该运动员。

Abstract:This thesis designs five kinds of crouching-starts according to the distance between starting block and starting afteredge line.It adopts the methods of literature review,experiment,statistics and comparative analysis and studies five different crounching starting positions.By processing the raw data,it focuses on the change relationship and pressure change in three areas in the process of each foot touching the ground.In this experimental condition,among the five styles of the crouching starts designed for experimental subject,the second posture is most suitable for the athlete.
